Rosanne Brunello-McCay has owned and operated MOUNTAIN REP, a Manufacturing Representative Firm, since 1983.  Mountain Rep. supports a diverse base of industries ranging from aerospace, medical, commercial, industrial and automotive.

Rosanne Brunello-McCayOffices are currently located in Phoenix, AZ (since March 1986), Seattle, WA (since July 1997), Northern California (November 1997), Southern California (June 1998).  Ohio (June 1999) and Illinois (July 1999).

Some of the customers Mountain Rep services include Boeing Commercial, Boeing Defense, Honeywell, Parker Hannifin, Sundstrand Corporation, Two Brother Racing and others.

In June of 2002, Rosanne hired on with Offshore International, Inc. as the WESTERN REGIONAL SALES MANAGER.  Offshore International is an ISO 9002 certified shelter offering the American Manufacturer a convenient way to establish a manufacturing operation in Mexico.  The company does not incur the risk and cost associated with a stand alone operation.  Rosanne welcomes the opportunity to visit your facility and present to you and your manufacturing firm the benefits of manufacturing in Mexico.

Rosanne has served as Chairperson of the Computer & Automated Systems Association.  She has sat on the executive board for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and has worked as the liaison for the student chapters in the area. Her activity has brought national recognition from the Society. She has also been recognized as an inductee to Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Women since 1989.

Rosanne is the Chairperson and Organizer of an Annual Golf Tournament sponsored by Mountain Rep, with the proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  The event is held in the Phoenix area during the month of May since 1983.  The tournament began as a remembrance of Rosanne's father, Carl Brunello, who died at the early age of 55.  

Additionally, Rosanne is involved as a Volunteer and Fund Raiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  She is involved in many Professional Organizations, including MANA (Manufacturers and Agents National Organization), NAFA (National Organization of Female Executives), and The Society of Manufacturing Engineers.  She is also involved in Civic Organizations, including The Center for Italian Culture, The Catholic Church and numerous Beauty Pageant Organizations.
                        
Prior to her work as a Manufacturers Representative, she was employed by a precision Machine Shop as the Buyer and Sales Person.  She negotiated government contracts, purchased materials, subcontracted processing, and developed a Quality Control System which complied with the Military Specification MIL-I-45208A.

Ms. Brunello-McCay was first introduced to the Manufacturing Industry in 1981 when she was hired out of college to sell CNC Machine Tools.  Hired as a Sales Engineer, her responsibilities included educating the local Job Shop Owners of a new technology, that of Computerized Numerically Controlled Machine Tools.

Rosanne pursued her Marketing/Management Degree at the University of Cincinnati.  She also studied at Cleveland State University and expressed interest in Art at a number of Colleges and Universities.

Her personal interests include food, family and fun.  Rosanne has spent much of her time engaging in State and National Beauty Pageants.   Placing among the Finalists in a number of Pageants, Rosanne finally received a State Title, that of Ms. Arizona 2000.
